Several highly confidential documents, containing information on several massive corruption scams that took place over the past two years, have now fallen into the hands of opposition leaders, reliable sources have learnt.
It is learnt that JVP leader Mr. Anura Kumara Dissanayake was handed a document containing information on how crores of rupees were credited to the account of a powerful politician.
In addition, it was reported that the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. Sajith Premadasa, had received a document regarding another powerful politician’s purchase of a huge mansion covering three acres of land in Colombo in 2007.
Accordingly, it is learnt that the Leader of Opposition and Mr. Anurag Kumara Dissanayake will take legal action against these corrupt dealings in the coming time.
