Banks face a shortage of workers to serve money changers, water supply units also face a shortage of community water workers and water workers, and there are few emergency workers, some of whom have begun to ask citizens to send him. A car was brought back from the center because he was the only one on duty and if he went out for his mission, the emergency calls would still go unanswered.
The centralized appointment system for service industry personnel has destroyed and disrupted the service system, causing service agencies to fight alone, “begging on the streets, and employees are scarce, which has become a scarce currency. And have their own conditions and requirements”, leaving citizens waiting for scarce services that are not worthy of the name, because water once a month is not a service, and removing garbage from the streets every week is not a service, and the same is true for other semi-services. The problem is that the charges are continuous and increase with the increase of services.
Being a central body concerned with ensuring the needs of all public institutions at the national level, no matter how much data and plans it has, it cannot understand the particularities of each institution. Nor the quality and characteristics of the personnel of each work, as evidenced by the recent competition for the center.
The flaws in any one project do not mean the failure of the entire project. Incentive problems and similar mistakes that have a significant impact on production and services do not mean the failure of administrative reform projects, but failure occurs when we do not acknowledge them.
