Tazabek – Emil Dotaliev was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of MBANK (OJSC Commercial Bank of Kyrgyzstan).
According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the decision was made by the bank’s board of directors.
Dotaliev currently owns 0.1097% of the bank’s authorized capital.
Earlier, it was reported that Bektur Aliyev resigned as chairman of MBANK and Ulan Zhanbolotov was appointed acting chairman.
