Eastern DRC: EU has elected representatives for the Great Lakes region

After months of negotiations on the status of the EU representation in the Great Lakes region, EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell has finally made a decision, thus marking the end of a process carried out in the context of the conflicts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda.
