He said Dzongkha was the national language but people with knowledge of Dzongkha had opportunities “with only one limit”.
Some teachers assign special and specialized teachers for primary school and if you have a good foundation to work from, your study skills will benefit when you achieve higher grades.
Despite the office order of the Public Service Commission, some dzongkhags have completed college-level technical education and qualified teachers will continue to be assigned to primary schools.
Unlike other subjects, Dzongkha is taught in all grades.
