Syrian Air said it was working to resolve recent ticket cancellations due to an urgent technical glitch and disruption to passenger bookings to and from the UAE.
The company explained in a post on the Ministry of Transport’s Facebook page that due to an urgent technical situation it is dealing with the cancellation of some flight schedules, in particular to the United Arab Emirates, by operating some additional flights and changing some schedules, stressing that it will refund the value of all unused tickets without deducting any fees.
The company pointed out that it is currently working with airlines from other countries to handle some personal matters for passengers who need to return home due to special circumstances, and called on passengers to contact the Syrian Aviation Office.
