Kenyan police on Tuesday launched a “major security operation” after a suspected serial killer who is believed to have killed dozens of women escaped. The suspect was arrested on July 15 after his mutilated bodies were found in a garbage dump in the capital, Nairobi, and confessed to killing 42 women.
