Originally published in October 2004, this cookbook has remained popular over the years, and for good reason. In the book’s 304 pages, Bourdain teaches readers everything they need to know about preparing classic dishes served in French bistros, so the book is filled with Bourdain’s recipes for dishes like roast veal ribs and steak with fries or chili, onion soup, snails, foie gras or chocolate mousse.
