The Discord chat social networking app will soon be updated so that users can see other users’ streams directly from the Microsoft-made Xbox console.
The company announced through a statement a slew of new features designed to make the experience of Xbox owners “even better,” which have already begun to be implemented among participants of the Xbox Insiders program and will be rolled out globally in the next few weeks.
After enabling a feature that allows Xbox console players to broadcast gameplay directly to Discord servers, the platform has announced that users will be able to watch their friends’ broadcasts on their consoles, whether they’re sharing their screen from a PC, mobile device, or another Xbox Series X console.
