The theme of this year’s Global Journalism Forum is “The Future of News.” Discussions will focus on the impact of generative artificial intelligence and the threat posed by changes in social media algorithms, the battle for relevance and audience growth, the role of investigative journalism, and why newsrooms need to consider the impact of climate change in their reporting and resource allocation plans.
The forum and related conferences will be held at the Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok from July 17 to 19.
