Death toll from Russian missile attack in Ukraine rises to 41

Russian missile attacks in Ukraine killed 41 people and injured 170. According to Ukrainian media reports, four children were among the dead.

According to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, rescuers successfully rescued 19 people. Due to this incident, Kiev announced a day of mourning today.
