A 28-year-old man who went missing Monday afternoon was found Tuesday morning. On Monday, the Guam Fire Department launched a search in the Tanguisson area for a 28-year-old man who was part of a surveying team that was reported missing around 2:21 p.m. The GFD continued the search until it was paused at midnight and resumed at 7 a.m. Tuesday. According to GFD spokesperson Nick Garrido, approximately three hours after the search resumed on Tuesday, the missing surveyor was located and identified as Norberto Rosario of Duenas Camacho and Associates. “At 9:54 a.m., two volunteers and two GFD rescue personnel located the missing surveyor. At this time, he is conscious and oriented; however, basic first aid is required,” Garrido shared with the media just after 10 a.m.
