Tazabek – The amount of residential space under construction in the republic is growing. The head of the press service of the National Mortgage Company, Zhyldyz Bekbaeva, spoke about this on August 12 on Birinchi Radio.
She recalled that the National Electoral Council had adopted a new housing program, “My Home”, until 2030.
Bekbaeva said that within the framework of the previous plan, it was planned to build 700,000 square meters of living space. But in fact, 1 million and 300,000 square meters are currently under construction.
“Since it exceeded our plan, we had to urgently develop and adopt a new plan. We are developing new mortgage products,” she shared.
GIK plans to build 2 million sq. m. of living space. The first phase of construction of the Muras residential complex is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
