August 15, 2024. – The National Assembly (AN) today unanimously approved the law on the supervision, regularization, performance and financing of non-governmental and related organizations in Venezuela.
“In accordance with article 213 of our Constitution, the Law on the Supervision, Regulation, Performance and Financing of Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Social Organizations has been declared approved and sent to the Executive Branch of the Republic for promulgation,” said the President of the Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, adding: “We invite the President of the Internal Policy Committee (Diosdado Cabello) to accept this law that has been approved by the National Congress.”
