The British band performs concerts at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
British band Coldplay performed in Finland for the first time on Saturday, the first of four sold-out shows at Helsinki’s Olympic Stadium.
Initially they had only one show scheduled, but due to overwhelming demand, three more shows were added.
The stadium opens at 5pm. Opening acts include Finnish singer Alma and British artist Maisie Peters.
Coldplay’s set is around 9:15, and organizers recommend that audience members arrive at least two hours before the finale.
Helsinki Regional Transport and state rail company VR said extra late-night buses and trains would be used to help concertgoers get home after the shows.
