Some of our restaurants, namely international ones, cook pepper, spice and deep-fry chicken in a bowl of deep oil and call it “Chicken 65”, or (“Chicken 65”). His peace turned into noise, his rest turned into fatigue, and he stayed. This went on for days until the Binge was removed!

As we all know, the origin of Chicken 65 can be traced back to Sindh, that is, Pakistan and India, I do not know whether Bangladesh is considered a Sindh state? There are many different opinions as to why the chicken is called “Chicken 65”. Some say that the Pakistani or Indian army started cooking this chicken for soldiers from 1965 AD. To strengthen them and make them happy; they did not disappoint him in the battles that took place between the two countries, the hostility between the two countries continued until the day of judgment, the only thing that mitigated the hostility was that both countries had deadly nuclear weapons that could deter the world. Both of them were spared from waging war with each other!

Some people say that there are 65 kinds of spices and peppers in the chicken, which is dizzying. What a horrible number. Then I have every reason to be disgusted and blame!

Some say the chicken used in the recipe must be 65 days old, which may have been true in the early days, but now some restaurants may cook old, expired chicken and add a lot of seasoning and pepper to prevent the chicken from going bad. Hide its rancidity!

Some people say that the first person who cooked it counted and found there were 65 pieces, so he named it after this number. No matter what it is called, I wish whoever eats it good fortune and a safe stomach!
