Central African Republic: Pilgrims expected to arrive in Bangui on July 9

Transport Minister Herbert Gontran Djono Ahaba, who is participating in the pilgrimage, said pilgrims had to contend with Covid-19 and extreme heat, which killed one Central African participant. More than 1,300 pilgrims have died at the shrine this year.
