The SZW CN department is making a final appeal to people who live outside the Dutch Caribbean and receive an AOV pension. This is about those who have not yet submitted a proof of survival.

People who receive AOV pensions must submit proof of survival (ADV) twice a year, between May 1 and June 15 and between November 1 and December 15. All pensioners have received letters or emails about this several times. At present, SZW has not received the proof of survival for many people. Therefore, I sent the information of urgent report to the group.
If SZW CN does not receive a response, the benefit will be stopped. This is in accordance with the legal regulations of Section 3 of the Decree on the Revocation, Suspension and Intermission of the BES General Pension Insurance Act.
So if you are entitled to AOV but have not submitted proof of survival, report it!
