The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has decided to postpone the rematch between Algerian club CR Belouizdad and Congolese side AC Léopards in the first qualifying round of the African Champions League, which was scheduled to be held from Saturday to Sunday at Mustafa at the Chak Stadium in Blida (8pm).

“CAF has decided to postpone the start of this meeting to Sunday evening at 8pm,” the CRB management said on its official website.

According to the same source, the match was postponed from Saturday to Sunday due to bad weather conditions, which prevented the Congolese club from arriving in Algiers in time.

The CRB stressed that the meeting against AC Leopards will be held behind closed doors.

In the first leg in Brazzaville, the Algerian vice-champions won 2-0 thanks to goals from Ishaq Boussouf (32nd) and Naoufer Khachev (83rd).

In the qualifiers, Lakiba FC will face the winner of the doubleheader between Coton FC (Benin) and AS Douanes (Burkina Faso).
