The Cabinet Office has announced that a formal funeral service for the late former Chief Justice and MP Sir Cyril Fontaine will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, George Street, at 11:00am on Thursday 6 June 2024. Interment will follow at St Mary’s Cemetery, Virginia Street.
The body will lie in state in Courtroom No. 2, Supreme Court, Bank Lane, from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
Public viewing hours will be Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The funeral will be broadcast live from Christ Church Cathedral via the ZNS Radio Network beginning at 11:00 a.m.
