In 2023, he also participated in a national level competition and won a prize of Frw5,500,000, which he used to develop himself and set up a music training center, adding sewing, welding and hairdressing, where he helped up to 70 young people learn these professions for free, all thanks to his father Paul Kagame.

In 2024, as part of the RPF’s good governance, Mulwanashaka said that although he is only a few years old, he is confident to go and discuss with more than 1,500 youths. There are many opportunities for entrepreneurial production in the Eastern Province in the future.

Bikorimana said under the leadership of Paul Kagame, Juru region has seen development in the education sector, schools have been built in the region, clinics were established where there were none before, problems faced by mothers during childbirth due to delays in the delivery process no longer exist as the clinics are close by.

He also said a modern market has now been built where previously the market was under trees, as well as the construction of an international airport.
