Through interactive workshops, BRH encourages education to become a driver of socio-economic development in Haiti

Saturday, June 8, 2024 Banque de la République Haiti (BRH) supported an interactive workshop that brought together high school principals from across the country and was organized at the initiative of Guy Etienne, Director of Catts Pressoir College. “The educational project approach is a catalyst for community socio-economic development”an event that highlights the critical importance of education in community development in Haiti.

During this seminar, Mr. Rothchild François Junior, Head of the BRH Communication Department, conveyed to the participants the message of Governor Ronald Gabriel:

“At a time when the need arises to place education at the core of the country’s socio-economic transformation, BRH is more than happy to be part of this noble initiative. The importance of education, but most importantly quality education, for the social and economic progress of any society no longer needs to be proven. »

This move reaffirms BRH’s commitment to supporting innovative education projects aimed at building a better, more prosperous society in Haiti. By placing education at the heart of development efforts, BRH hopes to foster positive and lasting change in communities across the country.
