Three children and a woman were killed in a suspected arson attack in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

A 29-year-old woman died at home Bradfordtwo girls aged one and nine, and a five-year-old boy later died in hospital.

West Yorkshire Police Police arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder at the scene. Police said the man was seriously injured and had been sent to hospital.

Police believe the fire was set intentionally and was related to domestic violence.

“Preliminary investigations revealed that the fire was deliberately set and we have arrested a man on suspicion of murder.

“He is seriously ill in hospital today due to injuries sustained in the fire.

“While our investigation is at an early stage, we currently believe the incident is domestic related.”

Police believe the fire on Westbury Road in Bradford was deliberately set and was domestic violence related.

Police arrived at the residence in the early hours of the morning after receiving a call and arrested a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder.

Man arrested on suspicion of murder after house fire

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a house fire in Bradford killed four people, including three children.

Two girls, one aged nine and the other one, and a five-year-old boy were taken to hospital but died from their injuries.

West Yorkshire Police said a 29-year-old woman also died at the scene.

Police said the fire department was called to a house fire on Westbury Road just after 2 a.m. Wednesday.
