Government (Interior) Minister Eduardo del Castillo announced the arrest of Bolivian Navy Commander Juan Anez Salvador, but did not elaborate on the circumstances of the arrest.
Anez was handcuffed at the press conference, along with Juan José Zuniga, a former army commander and leader of the military movement.
