“ROSO EMERCOM Duty and Dispatch Services received a message about a woman jumping into the water. The applicant was a woman who noticed the deceased sitting on a concrete slab at the edge of an irrigation canal. The action team rushed to the scene and conducted an investigation. We followed the river in search of the woman,” the press service said in a statement.
Ten hours later, the team found a lifeless body 8 kilometers from the crash site.
The body has been handed over to the police for further investigation.
