Obtaining a driver’s license easily, in just one click, without driving school courses and in just a short time: this is the fraudulent promise of online travel, orchestrated by websites that attract users through illegal practices, offering the possibility of quickly obtaining a driver’s license with online courses. This is a real scam, to the detriment of citizens, which Unasca intends to expose through a complaint sheet, in which the community is alerted to this market for the illegal sale of driver’s licenses, which violates a specific ministerial decree that does not allow the use of the system for training courses, and -learning, but involves attending regular courses organized by driving schools, which, among other things, are always under the strict control of the competent province and the Ministry of Transport. The way in which these websites try to attract unsuspecting citizens is also disturbing, since in some cases photos “stolen” from regular driving schools are used to highlight the promised results.
In fact, only the latter can provide adequate professional training, in compliance with current regulations, aimed at achieving real driving education and civilized coexistence on the roads. This is a training that makes use of both instructors and practical and interactive parts, which the competent authorities themselves consider irreplaceable and fundamental to develop a sense of respect for the rules of driving. In response to this complaint, UNNASCA urges citizens to exercise maximum vigilance and invites them to be wary of any proposal that seems too easy or too convenient to be true, remembering that road safety is a collective responsibility and that obtaining a driving license, legally and in full, through a professional training course, is the first act to preserve the protection of the rules of the road.
