Berkeley College Recently named Lynn Stamatelatos as Director of Business and Community Relations. In her new role, Stamatelatos will be responsible for overseeing Berkeley College’s corporate learning partnership program in the state, cultivating relationships with businesses, local governments and nonprofits, and promoting higher education and training programs for its workforce.

Stamatlatos joined Berkeley College in 2012 as special projects coordinator, managing the conversion and archiving of alumni data. Since then, she has held various positions in career services, alumni relations and campus operations. Stamatlatos is a resident of Wyckoff.

“I am excited for the opportunity to grow our corporate partnerships at Berkeley College,” Stamatlatos said. “This position highlights Berkeley College’s dedication to the community through programs that improve educational opportunities. I am passionate about working with our partners on strong talent development programs and cultivating long-term relationships that foster mutual growth and achievement.”

The Berkeley College Corporate Learning Partner Program provides discounted tuition and customized training to employees seeking career-development skills. More than 175 companies have joined the program.

Stamatelatos also works to strengthen relationships between Berkeley College’s Career Services team and employers, develop internship and job pipelines for students and alumni, and arrange for dynamic guest speakers from a variety of career fields.

Stamatlatos is a lifelong community volunteer, most recently focusing on raising funds with Families for One and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. She is a member of the New Jersey Career Center Alliance, an organization dedicated to increasing the professionalism of career centers.

At Berkeley, Stamatlatos received the Presidential Award for Outstanding Contribution, the Extra Effort Award, and the Outstanding Achievement Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ramapo College.
