As is known, this is reflected in the decrees of President Ilham Aliyev “On the Implementation of Amendments to the Family Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law on Identity Cards of Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “On Information, Informatization and Information Protection” and “On Personal Data”.
According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers, in coordination with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, shall determine within five months the procedure for organization and provision of electronic services, as well as the procedure for evaluation of organization and activity of state information resources and systems.
The Cabinet of Ministers must also determine, in coordination with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the procedure for providing opinions during this period on the technical feasibility and efficiency of projects related to state information resources and systems and electronic services.
