Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Japarov visits the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant.
According to the Cabinet Press Service, during the visit he was informed about the status of modernized units and coal warehouses, and gave a number of instructions to the heads of relevant government agencies on the current activities of thermal power plants and other pressing issues.
The meeting raised issues such as ensuring uninterrupted power supply in the capital during the autumn and winter, modernization of equipment, improving energy efficiency, and measures to prevent emergencies.
“The Bishkek Thermal Power Plant plays a key role in ensuring energy stability in our capital. It is important to ensure that all technical and organizational measures are taken in time to ensure a smooth completion of the heating season. This requires coordinated work of all relevant services and departments,” said Akylbek Japarov.
The Cabinet Chairman stressed the importance of strengthening control over the progress of the restoration work and adhering to the timetable for its implementation. He also pointed out that it is necessary to promptly resolve problems that arise, strengthen leadership responsibilities, and implement various tasks.
