The Italian restaurant in Ponsonby has gone into liquidation, leaving behind a large unpaid bill.

SPQR owed more than $2 million and entered liquidation.

Unable to pay its debts to the tax office, SPQR went into liquidation, owing millions of dollars.

The first liquidation report for the Ponsonby-based Italian restaurant, which went into liquidation last week, shows it owes creditors about $2.58 million.
