Scholarship recipients will receive 10 weeks of training in telecommunications regulation and public management issues through face-to-face courses in Lima from January 6 to March 14, 2025, with the regulator covering 100% of the academic expenses (including materials). The costs of food, local transportation and academic insurance will also be covered.
Scholarship holders from the region will receive subsidies for transportation and accommodation costs in Lima. In addition, scholarship holders who occupy the first 5 positions in each specialty (Law, Economics and Engineering) during the development of the PEU will receive a pre-professional or professional internship agreement so that they can join OSIPTEL and receive additional financial incentives to reach the minimum subsidy.
