Syrian artist Asala Nasri sparked controversy after she said she sympathized with women and understood their feelings very well, but ultimately she was only biased against men.
Asara made the remarks at a press conference during the 58th Carthage International Music Festival. Last night, Asara performed to the enthusiastic interaction of the Tunisian audience.
On her strong support for women and revealing her own feelings and pain in the songs she presents, and whether she considers herself in a challenge with men, Asara said: I certainly encourage women, I have great sympathy for women, but I prefer men.

She flirted with the Tunisian audience, saying: “I have a mutual love for the Tunisian audience, I love them because they love me, I pamper them because they pamper me, I care for them because they care for me.”
She confirmed that she misses the Tunisian people and may miss Tunisia on weekdays, but she hopes to attend every event in Tunisia because she loves the country’s history and authenticity.
