Tazabek – According to the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography, the price of apartments in Bishkek fell to 85,000 som/m2 in July 2024
In June, the average price of apartments in the capital was 90,400 soms per square meter. Thus, in July the price fell by 6%, or 5,400 soms.
Apartment prices in the capital have risen by 10% compared to July last year.
The price per square meter of real estate is calculated based on transactions under the sale and purchase agreement.
