Tazabek – The Law of May 25, 2007 “On the procedure for conducting inspections of commercial entities” was amended. The new version of the Law is dated August 7, 2024.
part 5 Articles 1 [данный закон не регулирует порядок и процедуры проведения проверок, которые проводятся:] Add the following paragraphs:
«- National antitrust agency’s investigation into signs of over- (under-)information of consumer prices the conduct of commercial entities in violation of antitrust laws, state regulation of prices of socially significant goods, and the Eurasian Economic Commission’s unsolicited submission of opinions.
The procedure for authorizing state bodies to exercise control in the field of antimonopoly legislation shall be decided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic”;
The law will come into force 10 days after its official publication. The document was published in the Erkin Too newspaper on August 13, 2024.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to bring its regulatory legal acts into compliance with the law within six months.
