Citizen Arlin José Duarte Obando, 41, was killed almost instantly when his motorcycle hit a horse in Rivas.
News Hunter reports that the fatal accident took place at 9:30 pm on Sunday in the Las Salinas area of Tola Municipality.
The report said Arlin Duarte was speeding on a motorcycle with license plate M 54-545, without a protective helmet or a driver’s license, and collided head-on with a horse on the road.
