Dublin Police served the evidence on 12 June Two of the three teenagers have been charged with assault after they attacked American tourist Stephen Termini in Talbot Street, Dublin, on July 19 last year.
The three teenagers, aged 15, 16 and 17, cannot be named under Irish law because they are minors.
Gardaí presented evidence about the two older teenagers at Dublin Children’s Court on Wednesday.
Judge Paul Kelly told the court the two older boys would be sent to Dublin Circuit Court where their cases will be heard on July 4. The Irish Times report.
A third book of evidence is due to be delivered later this month.
Termini, 57 Aggravated Assault On July 19 last year, at around 10.40pm, Talbot Street, Dublin.
He suffered five life-threatening injuries, including a bruised right eye, brain haemorrhage, head injuries, skull fracture, traumatic brain injury and a fractured cheek. He was on a ventilator for two days and spent two weeks in intensive care at the Mater Hospital in Dublin until the end of August.

On July 23, one male minor was arrested and charged, and on July 27, two other male minors were arrested and charged. All three were released on bail under strict conditions. However, in March, two of the three had their bail revoked for violating their bail conditions and were detained.
In March this year, Dublin Children’s Court was told that Termini’s injuries were “extremely serious” and a medical report stated that his injuries presented a “substantial risk of death”.
Termini, who returned to New York last September, revealed to the Irish Mirror in April that he had recently been hospitalized after suffering an epileptic seizure.
Despite the ordeal, Termini Goodwill towards Ireland and the Irish people He even told the Irish Mirror that he had changed his last name to an Irish one.
“I just want to get back to work and save money to go back to Ireland,” he told the Irish Mirror.
“I changed my last name and everything because My great grandmother was from Newport, Ireland And died here.
“So I legally changed my name to reflect that.
“I just want to go back to Ireland and live out the rest of my life there.”
