Assalamualaikum and greetings of solidarity,

Last week at work, many people were stressed because a lot of things happened last week. The daily slow work is enough, plus the sudden things happened. When you are stressed, everyone’s face will become sour, just like eating vinegar. Do you want to say that people are jealous, don’t eat Kote, and don’t eat fast? Hehe…. The workplace is not big to say, but it is also small to say. So, when you have such a stinky face, you start to indirectly affect the mood of other colleagues. One does not have to worry about being frustrated. But, I don’t know why. You know, I feel frustrated myself. Do anything that you feel is not right.

So, in postal This time, I want to share a drug that is effective for this type of depression. I don’t know where I got this article from. Doctor, this is a mess harddisk I found this document plaque a long time ago. It is in English but I will share it in Malay.

Uh, what is that effective medicine?

Belly breathing.

Belly breathing can help us achieve mental calm and can counteract the negative effects of stress.

How to do it?

There are 3 ways to do this:

1) The first method: Lie down and place a book on your stomach. In a calm state, take a deep breath into your abdomen.
The book rises, then exhales and the book falls
And that cute belly of yours… hehe… Breathing this way not only brings air to the upper chest as usual, but also directly to the lower part of the lungs.

2) Second method: Sit up straight, place your right hand on your abdomen and your left hand on your chest. Take a deep breath, move your right hand back and forth in parallel with your breathing, and keep your left hand still. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose or mouth, and feel how wonderful this abdominal breathing is.

3) The third method: Place a clock in front of you or hold it in your hand. Take a slow, deep breath, filling your abdomen with air within 5 seconds. Then exhale slowly, counting to 5 seconds.

You can do this abdominal breathing at any time. Do it when you want to sleep, when you wake up, or when you feel stressed.

Ok, that’s it. May our days always be happy and interesting.
