Today, the Halal Product Development Company, wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, signed a binding agreement to invest in BELIEVE, a company specializing in the field of halal cosmetics and personal care, to strengthen the Kingdom’s halal industry system and provide Saudi Arabia with high-quality halal products that meet Islamic standards. The agreement aims to relocate BELIEVE’s headquarters from Singapore to Saudi Arabia; become the main center for the export of the company’s products to countries around the world, localize the cosmetics and personal care industry by establishing a factory in the Kingdom that meets the highest international standards, and produce branded products owned by the company. In addition to providing OEM services for local brands in the initial stage, it will also move towards international brands in the future.

It also aims to transfer knowledge and R&D capabilities and create high-quality Saudi brands for export to global markets by providing other value-added services beyond contract manufacturing, including formulating advanced and innovative formulations, designing products and brands, supplying appropriate raw materials, manufacturing and packaging.
