Artist Mohamed Fouad has yet to appear before the Egyptian Public Prosecution, which has decided to summon him to take his statement during an argument with a doctor inside the Ain Shams Specialist Hospital.
The West Cairo accident prosecution heard from a doctor at Ain Shams Hospital who accused singer Mohammed Fouad of attacking him.
Doctors confirmed during the prosecution’s investigation that Mohammed Fuad, who was working at the Ain Shams Specialist Hospital, brought his sick brother to the emergency room and performed an electrocardiogram on him within a short period of time.
He explained that he was rushing to the consultant in charge of the case to check on the patient’s condition, but he was surprised by the reaction of the artist Mohamed Fouad, who hit him and uttered obscene words to him, and he did not know why he resorted to this matter.
After hearing the doctor’s statement, the prosecution decided to summon Mohammed Fouad to take his statement and discuss the incident. The artist’s statement is scheduled to be heard this Wednesday afternoon.
The prosecution sought an investigation into the incident and to ascertain the accused’s role in the altercation and seized video footage from mobile phones and surveillance cameras at the hospital.

According to the investigation, the artist Mohammed Fuad insulted and beat the doctor but did not cause any harm, which prompted the victim doctor to write a report on the incident and the prosecution is investigating.
