AlphaGalileo – The Africa Rice Centre (AfricaRice), with support from the African Development Bank (ADB), is pleased to launch a new publication entitled “The Continental Investment Programme to Accelerate Rice Self-Sufficiency in Africa” (CIPRiSSA). The Centre was mandated by the African Development Bank to lead the development of CIPRiSSA to support African countries’ efforts to achieve rice self-sufficiency.
