Abigail Agius Mamo to step down as head of Malta Chamber of SMEs

The Malta Chamber of SMEs has announced that its chief executive, Abigail Agius Mamo, will step down.

Agius Mamo has been an integral part of the SME Chamber for the past 17 years and has served as its chief executive for the past 10 years, the chamber said on Tuesday.

One of her key achievements as CEO was steering the organisation through the COVID-19 pandemic. “The organisation’s gold standard handling of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic won recognition across the EU and was awarded the EU Citizens’ Solidarity Award.”
