ABBA Re-Björn, the UK’s leading ABBA tribute band, will perform in Uganda for the first time on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 September 2024 at Somewhere Else Bar and Restaurant in Naguru, Kampala.
Re-Björn is a full-time professional ABBA tribute band that has toured many countries around the world. For the first time in Kampala, they will be performing classic and popular songs from the legendary Swedish quartet.
Organised by I&M Bank Uganda as a partner, the event aims to bring fun and enjoyment to all involved. With smooth harmonies, energetic performances and replica costumes, Re-Björn is guaranteed to keep everyone dancing all night long.
Peter Bowser, owner of Somewhere Else, a venue that has become famous for hosting various performances recently, said they are ready for the legendary event.
“The band will be performing on September 6 and 7. The event on the 6th is a company party, while the 7th is open to the public. Tickets are priced at 100,000 Ugandan shillings. We have already sold over 150 tickets and plan to have 400 people at each event. I guarantee everyone will have a great time,” Bowser said.
