Gardaí have arrested a man in his 20s and a teenage girl as part of an investigation into an incident of dangerous driving, criminal damage and assault in Kildare on Wednesday.
Two men and a woman were attacked on Eustace Main Street in Ballymore, Co Kildare, at around 8.45pm on Wednesday.
It is understood their injuries are not life-threatening.
During the incident, several vehicles were damaged and a building also suffered external damage.
As part of the investigation, gardaí have today arrested a man in his 20s and a teenage girl.
A police spokesman said: “They are both being detained at a police station in Co Kildare under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.”
“The investigation is ongoing.”
