It’s been a horror week for the aviation industry. On Friday, a Fouga Magister civilian plane crashed into the sea off the coast of Lavandou in southern France, trapping the pilot inside the cabin, and two days earlier two soldiers were killed in a collision between two Vostok Rafale fighter jets.
