During my long stay in hospital, I witnessed actions that we as Saudis have the right to be proud of. There are also names worth mentioning; among them is “Atallah Nada Al-Anazi”. This young man who works as the director of patient experience in the hospital, makes me smile when I see him in all corners of the hospital, among beds, patients and visitors. He receives them with love, listens to them and tries to satisfy them. Such work is undoubtedly the result of a comprehensive administrative and technical work team that starts with Dr. Salman Al-Dhafiri, the hospital director, and ends with public service providers.

Today; the letter arrived to “buy services from the private medical sector” to treat my father. At the expense of our beloved Kingdom; it is a costly process but thank God we live under a leadership that understands the needs of its citizens and is committed to providing services that meet their wishes.

So proud of this country; of his leadership and his people; and of his ambitious young men and women; heroes who work day and night to keep this great nation on the cutting edge.
