People around the world are feeling the effects of inflation most at the grocery store. In the past year, we’ve seen food prices rise by more than 10%. Much of that is due to the abstract force of inflation, but one particular commodity culprit can probably be pinned on one man. In the 1950s, a commodities trader named Vince Cosuga had a simple dream: to dominate the onion market.
