However, the payment was not made on the due date. Instead, AIM gave Bekbasunov 7,000 “zetcoins,” which he claimed were worth $10.

“He said he would go to Turkey in August to sign a contract with the Turkish partners and buy back the funds. He did not do that.”– said the victim.

Bekbasunov contacted the State Tax Service and the State Financial Supervision Service and learned: Zetcoin It is not registered in the Unified State Register of Virtual Asset Issues and is not a solvent currency in the country.

Since September 2023, the criminal case of fraud has been heard by the Leninsky District Internal Affairs Department and has been handled by the fourth investigator. According to the victim, the first investigator SE dismissed the case, saying that “this is a civil case.”

Bekbasunov had to contact the Prosecutor General’s Office to reinstate the criminal case. As a result, another investigator obtained a court order to seize the illegally obtained car and put it in impound lot.

“These cars were sold several times. After the last customer purchased the goods, the car was placed in the impound lot.”– explained the victim. He also said that the case was closed after the expiration of the term of the third investigator MU. According to Bekbasunov, AIM led the investigators to believe that the cars were bought by someone else.

The injured citizen is angry that defendants in his criminal case have been fleeing and crossing the border. He is concerned that they will be able to flee the country.
