The roof of a house in Ghajnsielem on the island of Gozo has collapsed, Malta Today has learned.
According to a civil defense source, no one was trapped under the rubble, but one person was on the roof of the building when it collapsed.
It is not clear whether the building in question is a construction site.
The civil defense department has sent personnel to the scene and successfully rescued the people.
The patient’s condition is currently unknown.
Police are still investigating.
