E. Karin speaks at the Zakovaat Intellectual Club event

State Counsellor Yerlan Karin and Assistant to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Seyida Mirziyoyev took part in the event organized by the Zakovat Intellectuals Club.

Yerlan Karin said in his speech at the opening ceremony of the event that the Zakovat project has become another golden bridge between the two countries and will have a positive impact on strengthening bilateral cultural and humanitarian relations.

He also drew attention to the fact that Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has been talking about the need to establish progressive values ​​and attitudes in society, the worship of knowledge and respect for professional excellence. He said that in recent years, Kazakhstan has taken practical measures to improve the status of teachers, doctors, people in the cultural and artistic circles, support creative industries, increase the number of grants for research and internships for young scientists, increase funding for young scientists. A presidential reserve of young talents was established. These values ​​and initiatives are consistent with the ideology of the Zakovat Club.

Besides this, the State Counsellor said that Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are confidently embarking on the path of large-scale changes.

At the end of his speech, Yerlan Kalin expressed his belief that multilateral cooperation between the two countries will be strengthened in the future to benefit the fraternal peoples.

Mirziyoyeva said in her speech that young people always play an important role in the creative process and are the main driving force of civilization. In this regard, she emphasized the importance of the Zakovat project in expanding the cultural and humanitarian partnership between the two countries. Mirziyoyeva said that such projects have a positive effect on improving the quality of human capital in Central Asian countries.

At the same time, the head of the Uzbek delegation stressed that active political dialogue between the presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will help strengthen Central Asia as a secure and prosperous region.
