The Support and Liquidation Center “Enfath” announced that more than 27 public auctions will be held from October 16 to 23, in both live and electronic auction formats; The center explained that in order to sell and liquidate 268 residential and commercial properties, as well as a batch of movable properties in 10 regions and cities of the Kingdom, the auctions included 4 auctions in the Mukarramah region of Makkah, showcasing 21 different real estate properties. 7 auctions of 52 properties in the Riyadh region and 73 properties in the Eastern Province were held through 5 public auctions, as well as 4 auctions in the Qassim region and 1 auction in the Al Jawf region, showing 74 real estate opportunities. In addition to 23 properties in Aral, 10 properties in the Hail region, 3 properties in the Baha region, 6 properties in the Asir region, and a palace residence in Medina in one auction, 5 properties were also displayed. In addition to several auctions of a group of movable property, a camel auction was held in Tuwaij in Riyadh, a camel and sheep auction was held in Medina, and a car and truck auction was held in Jeddah.

It is noteworthy that the Support and Liquidation Center “Enfath” is an independent government center that is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as it is dedicated to assigning liquidation and sales activities to technically competent institutions and supervising the liquidation of assets (including real estate, movable property or inheritance) entrusted to the judiciary, the private sector and individuals, in order to contribute to the acceleration of the realization of rights and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
